How do I book a Detroit Red Wings suite?

To rent Premium inventory for a Detroit Red Wings game, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE A SUITE page to see what options are available. Options can be purchased directly from the site via credit card or if you have special requests for your event, have additional questions, or simply enjoy the personal touch that speaking to a representative of our team provides, you can contact the Detroit Red Wings Premium Sales team at 313-471-2260 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Detroit Red Wings Premium Sales Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your event. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only and will be accessible via the Detroit Red Wings app or the Detroit Red Wings account manager through TicketMaster. Tickets can be electronically transferred to your guests to ensure proper access to Little Caesars Arena. A Premium Sales Account Executive will also be in contact to help answer any questions you might have as well.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes, all Premium Rental inventory purchased for Detroit Red Wings games is fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

All suites at Little Caesars Arena are ADA accessible and certain Loge Boxes and Gondola Boxes also have ADA accessibility. If you require ADA accommodation, please contact us directly at 313-471-2260 or [email protected] to ensure your needs are taken care of.

Is payment required in full?

Yes, payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure Premium Seating options.

Are there any additional fees?

No, the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only additional cost to consider would be your catering expenses, which are handled separately.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No, all Premium Rental sales are final.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Delaware North is our exclusive catering partner and you will work directly with them for any catering needs. Following your purchase, a Red Wings representative will be in contact to provide contact information and further instructions for placing your order. Please note: With most Premium spaces, pre-orders must be in at least 2 business days prior to the event. A limited Game Day menu is available but pre-orders are encouraged.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, you are not required to purchase catering and there is no minimum. You may purchase concession items and bring them to your Premium space but no outside food or beverage is permitted into Little Caesars Arena.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?

Refer to your reservation to see if additional tickets are available to purchase. For Premium Rentals where that is an option, contact your Detroit Red Wings Premium Sales executive to complete the transaction. These tickets, if available, can be purchased at any point leading up to the event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

No, guest passes are not allowed with our Premium Rentals. You may purchase additional tickets if available, but once the maximum for the space is met, no further occupants will be allowed.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under the age of 3 will not require a separate ticket for admission to Little Caesars Arena. Our Premium Rentals are all extremely family friendly and provide a safe and secure area for younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Little Caesars Arena)?

Little Caesars Arena prohibits all bags, purses and clutches. Only wallets sized 4”x6”x1.5” or smaller are allowed. Exceptions are made for diaper bags for small children or medically necessary accessories.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Tickets for our Premium Rentals provide Pre-game access to our Blue Cross Lounge starting 30 minutes prior to official doors opening.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Parking passes provided with Premium Rentals are located in the Trinity Health Garage just west of Little Caesars Arena at Cass & Sproat.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The most convenient entrance for Premium ticket holders is from the Trinity Health Garage on the 2nd floor. A VIP bridge provides access directly into the Blue Cross Lounge. Premium ticket holders can enter at any entrance. Direction to Premium spaces is readily available once inside Little Caesars Arena.

When does my suite open?

All Premium spaces are accessible starting 90 minutes prior to puck drop.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. While we encourage pre-ordering catering for your suite, you may also order from a limited Game Day Menu during the game.

If I have an issue with my suite on gameday, who can I contact?

Please direct any issues to your Detroit Red Wings Premium Sales account executive but we’ll also have staff on hand during the game to ensure any potential issues are resolved quickly.
